The 72-Hour Window

Because our collections move fast, we offer a 3-day (72-hour) return window starting from the moment your package is delivered.

To keep things eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • Original Vibes Only: The item must be unused and in the same pristine condition you received it.

  • Safe Travels: Please use the original packaging. This ensures the jewelry stays protected on its journey back to us.

How to Start Your Return

Ready to swap? Click HERE or select 'RETURNS' from our main menu to start the process. Once approved, we’ll send over the pickup details and next steps!

Refunds & Shipping

  • Instant Store Credit: We issue refunds via store credit, which is added straight to your Adore Wallet for your next find.

  • Return Shipping: To cover the logistics of the reverse pickup, a small fee of INR 60 will be deducted from your total credit amount.

Damages & Oopsies

Every order undergoes a rigorous quality check before it leaves our hands. However, if your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, let us know within 48 hours. We will get a replacement out to you free of cost—no questions asked.

Cancellations

To ensure our team can process and ship orders as fast as possible, we do not offer cancellations once an order is placed. We encourage you to double-check your cart to make sure you’re 100% in love before hitting checkout!

COD & Partial Payments

For COD orders, we collect a 10% deposit upfront. Please note that if a parcel is returned to us due to non-availability or refusal at the door, this 10% deposit (up to INR 105) is non-refundable to cover the two-way shipping costs incurred.
